The branch valve is a key element for controlling irrigation. It is used to control the flow that can reach each of the areas of the branch line, i.e. it allows you to regulate the water flow.

How does the branch valve work?

These sleeve valves are inserted in the general system to leave some elements without irrigation. It has to be inserted in a 16 or 25 millimetre section.

Can the branch valve be used as a regulator?

Yes, if this element is connected to a general irrigation system, it will act as a stopcock for the irrigation pipe. In other words, it would become a shut-off valve for the selected areas.
