Aphipar 500 (aphidius colemani) koppert

ApHipar contains the parasitic wasp ApHidius colemani that controls aphid populations, parasitizing the aphid to serve as food and host for the next generation of parasitic wasps that develop within it.

Once in the culture, the female wasp parasitizes the aphids, they swell and harden, transforming into a leathery gray or brown mummy. The new adult parasite emerges through a round hole and looks for new aphids to parasitize.

How to use

• Spread the product on the blocks of the rock or in application boxes (Dibox).
• Check that the material stays dry and remains in the inserted place for at least a few days.
• Use the label to indicate where you have put the product.
• It is not recommended to use in temperatures above 30ºC, as it loses efficiency.
• Beneficial biological organisms have a very short life cycle, so storage will be 1 to 2 days.
• Store at a temperature of 8-10ºC and in a dark place.
• The recommended dose is 4 to 10 individuals per square meter.
