Cebollino

Perennial plant very resistant to cold, its leaves are thin, elongated and tubular. They are hollow inside and measure about 20cm in height, also has stimulating, diuretic and antiseptic properties, and a high content of vitamin C. When the leaves are cut, they are used to flavor sauces, salads, pastas, etc.
