The replacement set of standard grilles Solid Valve for Volcano vaporizers, is a kit that comes with:

• 3 pcs. Upper Screen with hole (approx. Ø 24 mm)
• 3 pcs. Lower Screen without hole (approx. Ø 26 mm)
• 1 pc. Nut (M2)
• 1 pc. Washer

The installation of the screens is quite simple. You only have to dismantle the filling chamber of the Solid Valve to remove the inner part where the screens are located, then loosen and remove the screw to remove the two screens.

To keep the equipment always working properly, you must make sure that no resin or plant debris accumulates, as well as clean it or replace the rings, the casing and the inner part when required.
