Jack Puck presses are modern pollen presses that allow you to obtain high yields, almost effortlessly.

Gentle, mechanical pressing will give high quality results, without the powder mixing with your extracts or altering the natural colouring of the crystals.

Operated by a hydraulic jack, it will give you the most compact results possible. Effective, easy to operate and fast, the Jack Puck press will meet all your needs!

How it works

The hydraulic jack provides maximum pressure, so it takes minimal time to deliver results. The lever is what will activate the hydraulic compressor. Using the press is very simple:

1. Add the plant extracts into the moulds (it is recommended to include vegetable paper in the base of the mould).
2. Seal the chamber.
3. Compress the paste with the lever. Let it compress for at least 1-2 hours, although for a more compressed result you can leave it much longer.

For best results it is advisable to heat the mould and base before starting the process, reaching about 75ºC to activate the chemical processes of the resins.

Versatile presses

The two-ton press allows the moulds to be disassembled and combined into different sizes and shapes, and there are several different moulds that you can purchase and interchange.

Jack Puck presses are available in 2-ton and 8-ton versions, as well as with cylindrical or square moulds. You can choose between different shapes and pressing power, very versatile presses with multiple functionalities.
