It is areplacement drum for Centurion Pro Original, Silver Buller and Gladiator peelers. This drum is one of the industry leaders thanks to its electro polished finish, with a choice of wet or dry peeling version.

These drums stand out thanks to the design of the blades that provides a smooth and precise cut, made of high quality stainless steel. In this way, an unmatched quality is achieved in the final shoot, as well as an increase in productivity.

It reduces cutting time and labor.

Drum racks

The dry drum racks are 1/4 “(6.35 mm) apart.

The wet drum (web) screens are 1/8 “(3.17mm) apart.
